David does NOT finish anything! Does not respond to emails! Half fast everything for your money! It’s been a year since my adoption has been finalled and I still can’t get the birth certificate!!! I have emailed and called 1000 times. He responds SOMETIMES! (like 2out of 7) The state is waiting on him. Been waiting…. I would hate to have him as my lawyer if I was getting a divorce or fighting for custody. YOU WILL LOSE. Good luck!
Attorney O'Donnell was my Attorney. Never called back to answer questions or cared for honesty. He never explained the pleas just forced something not justified. I do not recommend him for protecting your rights or hardship.

Constantly unavailable, doesn’t listen, keeps pushing back appointments (waisted 2 years), doesn’t keep you updated, doesn’t send anything to you about your case. Waited till the day we met with the judge to explain my ex forgot to disclose her student loans. Forced me to agree to a contract that I explained multiple times I had problems with. Kept pointing out the loans every time I pointed out an issue with the contract. Kept saying that I needed to hurry up (because me reading it takes too long) so we can lock them into t... read more
I retained David for a divorce matter and from start to finish he was top notch, he was available to talk me through the process and reassure me every step of the way. Though I had a unique situation with children involved David made sure we got the results that were needed to insure their safety. O'Donnell Law in my opinion is a must for any legal matter that may arise in someone's life.
