It is so unfortunate that there are many like him. Mr. Storey is a typical lawyer who is only after his portion of the money, and if the amount of restitution is not large enough, he will cut you off, with no reason explained. He is so unproffesional that even thhough I had explained to him my situation right form the beginning and he had agreed to pursue, but in the middle of conversation he decided to not respond anymore. My wife, my daughter and I were in an hit and run. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks whereas my wife was in for a week. My wife has a steel plate in her arm, whereas I had to learn to walk again. Looking at the Yelp reviews we contacted Scotty exactly 2 years ago. And this evening we recieved the settlement amount. We do not even know how Scotty looks like, since everything has been mainly by email and a small portion by text and phone calls.
