Stephen was great throughout the entire process. We had a really sucky deal with our insurance company and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. I feel like Stephen was patient and understanding as we went through it all. He made us feel like he was on our side and kept us updated with all our options as the insurance company played its games. Would def recommend Stephen to a friend.

After a storm last year I called a couple roofing contractors to look at our roof and they told me our roof had storm damage. I called our insurance company to file a claim. The adjuster came out to inspect the roof and initially agreed with the contractors, even telling me how the payment process would go due to the age of our roof. A few days later I got a claim denial email.
