I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this law office. I called to get clarification about a letter they sent me, and the representative was rude, dismissive, and refused to answer any of my questions. Instead of offering even basic courtesy or guidance, he hung up the phone on me. If this is how they treat people seeking clarity on legal matters, I would be very cautious before doing business with them. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the office to resolve an issue and have not heard back.
Has threatened me with lawful action when it has been unlawful the whole time. Has taken almost 4 work days/business days to reply and tried couricing me to sign illegal documents.
