Terrible, nasty, rude, uneducated...I won my case by my own leg work. Elizabeth is aggressive, and DOES NOT do her job. Mr O’Neil half hazardously represented me on behalf of Sara Kafshi, and asked me 15 minutes before representing me in my hearing, “you know what to say right?” If I knew what to say I would have represented myself! Like I said: terrible!
