It boggles my mind that Federal Employment attorneys even exist. In 5 years of suffering abuse, harassment, discrimination and retaliation, I have yet to find a single attorney willing to help me with my EEO case against usps. Even though I have a great case and great evidence, I get shut down immediately by every attorney without explanation. Works both sides of the fence so that he will profit no matter the outcome. I still have proof that he thought he destroyed available upon request.
Mr. Ackerman has represented me through 2 MSPB cases and has won them both. His knowledge of Federal Civilian Law is second to none.
