Bob mediated a somewhat complicated case of lender liability for me and my client. As an attorney myself, it's extremely important to have mediators around who can really "read the room." Bob was spot-on in his analysis of the defendants (and, frankly, of my client). Through his abilities to talk to both sides to get them to a point of reasonable resolution, we settled the case that day. My client was ecstatic. Great guy, great mediator. Would recommend.
