I think this review reflects my honest opinion of working with Ray on my tenant eviction during the eviction moratorium - he is OK. 3/5 I had purchased my property in 2017 with the intention to one day have enough money to renovate it and move in. I rented the property to Paul Horne in July 2017. Paul Horne ended up being a headache tenant for 3 years, who always paid rent late, refused to pay 3% annual rent increases or late fees.
