Rafi Moghadam ordered court reporting services from our company and never paid for them. My opinion of Rafi is he is not an honest lawyer. We had to sue Mr. Moghadam (Apex Court Reporters vs. Rafi Moghadam in Superior Court of Los Angeles Case No. 21SMSC00432). After losing the case he claimed he wasn't served. For an attorney to order a court reporter, use her transcript to his benefit in litigation and not pay for her services is financially irresponsible. Be careful working with Rafi as he doesn't pay his bills.

Rafi clearly explained to me in detail what the consequences would be and all the helpful tips that would help me during a court session. Rafi is super knowledgeable and a caring soul.
