Three words to describe this collection of people; RUDE, IMPATIENT, GREEDY (in whatever order you like). I was sadly recommended to this outdated bunch of dinosaurs. So I constantly thought, “it’s ok, it’ll be ok. They know what they are doing etc etc.” From the first visit.
