I also tried to make an appointment with Ms Roston to review a QDRO that I had from a previous divorce. I also was told by the person who answered the phone that I would have better results contacting through email. I did and received a response fairly quickly telling me that she would be available between 2pm and 4pm on the following thursday and asked me to let her know if that was acceptable. I called twice and spoke to a receptionist, requesting an appointment. She took my information and said that Peggy respondes "quicker" through email. I sent 2 separate emails and never got a response. I attempted 2 more times to leave a message with the receptionist for an initial appt. visit/consult. After trying for more than month with zero response, just to make an appointment I am left frustrated and utterly unimpressed. If you're on vacation, say so.
