It is disturbing of deceptive action and various group fraud committed to me in all aspect of purchasing my unit and on closing day by my sponsor Arthur Silver and by his attorney Robert Kaplan and by my law office of Nathan Pinkhasov. Building was converted to coop in 1986 where I was tenant since 1979. On that period of time I was a low income and wasn’t able to purchase my unit.
