Doesn't show up to court, return calls or assist in case matters. Working to get my kids back by myself because she's nowhere to be found.
Do not trust her judgement! She told me to go non contested and I told her I had proof and wanted to contest. She said if I go non contested I’d get my kids back sooner. A complete lie! Merced put me on CACI without my knowledge and the case was transferred and they gave my kids to their deadbeat father of 4 years! Don’t trust anything that comes out of this lawyer’s mouth. I truly regret listening to her

I used Cindy Morse as my attorney while living out of state. Huge mistake, her office ignored and never returned multiple calls and emails. They also caused over $10k in sanctions by failing to file paperwork on time. I was forced to hire another lawyer incuring even more legal fees. So,unless you have an easy case, I would stay away!
