I retained Attorney Moria Hogan to handle both my divorce and a domestic violence restraining order, ultimately paying over $73k for her services. Although she did secure the DVRO—a result for which I was genuinely grateful—this positive outcome was overshadowed by a pattern of aggressive fee demands, poor communication, and ethical lapses. I am at the beginning stages of my divorce case and it is a messy one! When I retained Moira I was in the most broken state of my life, but I was optimistic after speaking and meeting with her that we could turn things around. After our first court appearance I was so relieved to have her on my side! She was prepared, spoke well on my behalf and turned things around for me like I had hoped.
