Mark has been amazing this far. Admittedly, I was worried in the beginning because it was hard to maintain contact, but he resolved my biggest issue with ease. We’re still working on the case, but rest assured, he DOES help, he knows what he’s talking about and he does care. Definitely will recommend again, and so very happy that I inquired and used his services
