Treat every case, even though it maybe small as you would a larger case. And be professional towards women.
Would not recommend because they suck they don’t wanna do there job tries to make you do the job that you pay them to do recommend them to a friend before I knew this and all they did is sent me a shopping bag with there name on it and wants you to talk to insurance companies which is why you paying them 33 percent all they want to do is get paid to do nothing and this is the Springfield Massachusetts location
They are not an ethical office. I let a renter that was behind in rent continue to live in my unit after serving her an eviction notice, because they sent me a letter stating I would be notified when the case settles and would kept informed so I could get paid. They never contacted me or returned my phone calls. I am contacting the Bar Association, I am sure they toke 90% of the settlement!
