Really got the ball moving on my case I got hit from an old man which he didnt answer his insurance company until I calls mark e Salomon, then that mans insurance started putting me in a rental and really working wit us, YES IT TOOK A WHOLE MONTH until I called mark. I really do appreciate the time they took to put this insurance people in line even when they wanted to not answer emails or phone calls marks people was on itttttttt, and definitely got my settlement for me car

I recently was involved in a car accident. My car was hot from the back as I was sitting at a red light. I brought my car to Central Chevrolet to get fixed. They took apart the bumper and found other things wrong so they resubmitted the claim to the opposite insurance company Liberty Mutual. Liberty Mutual deemed it was too much to fix as it cost more to fix my car than it was worth. So they paid me out for my car but refused to pay the shop that was fixing my car. Every single phone call, she answered me right away and I never had to leave a voicemail once, my questions were always answered promptly or she would make a call on my behalf if I was given an issue by insurance/the tow yard/etc. She actually seemed to care and build a professional relationship with me to work with me in the best way possible, she made everything a breath of fresh air!
