Hired Mr. Luttrell for a simple court appearance. His office staff is horrendously incompetent, and it is almost impossible to get Luttrell on the phone. His paralegal is full of attitude and seems to have no idea what she is doing. The best part is Luttrell will do nothing for you and then send you a very obviously fraudulent bill. He charges you his rates for everything, even though his paralegal prepares everything.

Be prepared to be grossly overbilled hours for very little work that will not benefit your case. Be prepared to settle your case, as the firm will do anything to avoid trial. Be prepared not to get the result he claims he can deliver on. Be prepared for him and his paralegal to completely ignore all correspondence from you. Be prepared not to see any legal documentation they generate until after it's submitted to the court, refusing you to allow any review beforehand.
