Dude sucks. No way I use him
I got referred to Larry through a mutual connection when I was a little lost on where to start the process of obtaining elderly care/guardianship. Larry talked to me right away when I called, and walked me through the whole process and gave me suggestions, as well as answered every question I had. Very nice guy, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend him!
Hired Mr. Luttrell for a simple court appearance. His office staff is horrendously incompetent, and it is almost impossible to get Luttrell on the phone. His paralegal is full of attitude and seems to have no idea what she is doing. The best part is Luttrell will do nothing for you and then send you a very obviously fraudulent bill. He charges you his rates for everything, even though his paralegal prepares everything.
Be prepared to be grossly overbilled hours for very little work that will not benefit your case. Be prepared to settle your case, as the firm will do anything to avoid trial. Be prepared not to get the result he claims he can deliver on. Be prepared for him and his paralegal to completely ignore all correspondence from you.
