YESTERDAY, our mail carrier delivered our 2nd of two revised Grant Deeds. This particular deed was returned from the Recorder's Office of Kern County – Finally! From the date it was submitted, the process has taken only 5½ weeks. To put it in perspective, that is a mere blink of an eye – considering the amount of time my wife & I have given serious thought --- & did plenty of serious procrastinating prior to producing our Revocable Living Trust.
