I've never had to deal with a situation like this before. But they were understanding, polite and were always available to answer any of my questions. The firm has been the best firm I ever worked with. They always were available when I had a question. Isaac never rush me off the phone even if it was a crazy question. He explained every detail on how the process works. I hired Catherine-Kroger Diamond before they explained everything up front without any hesitation. They’re the best law firm
