Kim is not aggressive enough. When you hire a divorce attorney particularly one with custody involved you want one that will fight for you and be in your corner. Kim seemed to be more of an attorney for the child, which was not what I hired her for. Her hourly fees are typical however I found to be charged excessively for simple emails and telephone calls that were under 5 minutes. Additionally, I was not given a free consultation.
