Marketing strategy includes sending an electronic video player with a recorded message to "potential clients" after a car crash. Not only is it creepy that you've heard of a car crash that in no way involved you and are looking up personal details and address of those injured, but also you've saddled us with a piece of electronic waste we now need to find a way to responsibly recycle. Shockingly wasteful, creepy, and blatantly trying to profit off someone else's trauma. Yikes all around.
