Disorganized and underwhelming as an attorney. Caveat emptor.
This attorney is stellar. Mr. Creed went above and beyond to help me with my legal issues with compassion, urgency, and a holistic understanding of different branches of law and how they interface with real estate law. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer. This lawyer not only gives bad legal advice but he has horrible service and an attitude. I went to him for advice on a situation I was in and not only is he inconsistent with the advice he provides but it was wrong. He doesnt give the impression that he will defend or fight for you and instead find ways to close the issue even if it means theres a bigger consequence you have to take
