I hired this "firm" to reduce a 10mph ticket to a non-moving violation, which they did not do. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with his brother Mike, 3 separate occasions, who never let me speak to John. He said he and his brother ran the firm together. He mislead me that he was a lawyer by trying to answer technical/legal questions and by omission.
