First of all, the receptionist has a horrible attitude and expects you to understand what she is saying even though she speaks quickly and unclearly. If you ask her to repeat herself even once, she responds as if you are a child. Just dealing with her is a huge hassel, which is horrible because she is basically the only person you get to talk to when you call because the attorney is always "busy". WORSET EVER!!! Please BEWARE they just string you along..you can never get a straight answer from them or a call back for weeks..employees there are rude and when you talk with them they make you feel like your bothering them!! Wish I would of known how they worked...I would of turn the other CHEEK!!
Okay first off This firm is a workers comp firm and the only way to even get a hold of this attorney is never, he will never call you back I have never seen or talked to the man since I hired him 2 months ago you basically deal only with his paralegals that always seem too busy for you, which they will never give out their direct phone line information to you, so your stuck with the receptionist which is a complete tool which out of 5 times calling the paralegal said they only got one of my messages, I even told the receptio... read more
