I had a really great experience with the Law offices of Jessie Serna. The customer service is above average. Jessie was available to discuss my case whenever I requested updates or had questions! She is both professional & personable and experieced to say the least.
After suffering a terrible accident in March of 2018 and not knowing how to go about it at all, I contacted Jessie Serna for assistance. My mom had actually recommended Jessie after getting a settlement from a car accident she was involved in almost 25 years ago! Jessie, off the bat, was incredibly helpful and ready to take on my case.
