Stay away from Jim Cunningham, he’s a snake oil salesman who will take your money and do absolutely nothing. Horrible experience with this law firm. He pretends to be someone who has a lot of experience but in reality he doesn’t care about his clients. Mr. Cunningham was a councilman for years and I seriously question his knowledge when it comes to being an attorney. He never once gave me actual legal advice just repeated what I had told him. Never read any emails or documents he was sent. Find someone else!
I had a wonderful experience, very professional and informed. They are actually two separate firms, I met with Ms. McLean. Hope I don’t have to go back, but if the need ever arises she has won my business.
