I had similar experience as Mr Collins. Run and don’t waste your money. Cecil Harrigan is a really bad lawyer, case in point when we went for my hearing the judge was defending my case more than he was. Unfortunately she was removed from my case before the decision was made. I am still dealing with all the mistakes he made in my case since 2012.
