I’m not a client of Ms. Myesia Merchant—I’m simply the notary who assisted her client with a document. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional on her end. Her client arrived unsure of what was required, and I did my best to guide them through the process. I clearly communicated that the document required two notarizations, which Ms. Merchant confirmed was acceptable. I didn’t want to make this post but I have been with this firm since November 2020 due to my car wreck. I’m not going to say they have not helped me getting some money till we settled. But we have not settled my case yet. I have been trying to reach someone for an update for months since October and all I keep getting is someone will call me. Well as of 3/7/25 I still haven’t heard back. This law firm needs to work on communication with their clients.
