In the over 10 years of operation, up until my recent review earlier this year, she had received only FIVE 5 star reviews, averaging only ONE positive review every 2 years. I wrote the post below in spring 2026. By July 2026, a few short months later, there were THIRTEEN new five star ratings added to Gillian's business page, a 72% increase to her positive ratings on Google. This is very curious. I have tried over several months to make peace with the decisions that Gillian made in a best interest case for my daughter, but it has been very very difficult. My daughter described to her therapist of 2 years as well as to a doctor and finally to Gillian herself, disclosures of abuse occurring at the other parents home. I felt that the disclosures were shirked off inappropriately and Gillian reasoned that I had coached my daughter's disclosures. ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely appalling. As a mandatory reporter in the counseling field, I have worked around child welfare concerns and have seen difficult custody cases. I have never witnessed such an egregious disregard for a child's wellbeing from someone whose job is supposedly to protect that child's best interests.
