Initially the office seemed very well versed in what they claimed to represent. I was intrigued by the value compared to others and the embrace they took. My case was set with challenges but they were willing to use there knowledge to embrace it. The first steps they took were spot on and did help me get approved for my waivers and prepared them equipped for approval.
