He's clueless. His client LIED to him about receiving compensation for her medical bills from a car insurance company and he filed a lawsuit on her behalf anyway. He didn't even do basic due diligence because when he was called and asked if he knew that his client received compensation from the insurance company his reply was "no." Once you receive payment from an insurance company the incident is dismissed with prejudice.
