I’ve had an open case since December 2021. Kevin claims he’s my attorney but I have not heard from him in about a year. His assistant Sochi and negotiator Ashley both have horrible communication skills. I’ve called the office so many time to simply speak to someone about my case and nothing. I only want a simple update on my case. At this point I will take my case elsewhere, the communication, the attorneys is not worth it here. These guys are great! Kevin and Sochi were awesome handling my case, Kevin is bomb and got me a nice fat settlement!!! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm 10 stars!!!
I am happy to report that my experience with attorney Robert A. Falanga and his staff ended successfully. This case took over 3 years to settle and this law firm hung in there, kept me informed and answered all of my concerns when I became impatient. Whenever I had a question, Leigh Garrett returned my calls promptly and she understood how to explain the legal process which I was not familiar with.
