Today, February 26, 2025 and Jonathan "the caseworker" advised me that they were dropping my case. The statute of limitations is April 6, 2025. Because they are dropped me approximately one month before the statute of limitations, it is imperative they immediately provide the entirety of my file, including but not limited to correspondence, notes, demands, etc., within 24 hours so I may find alternative representation before the statute runs. This firm just look out for your best interest they do fight for you and all in all the. Only fault that I have. Or small complaint that I have is the lack of communication, but it doesn't mean that they don't fight for you still they don't do their job their communications not good but sometimes you don't need to hear everything that's going on and you just let them do there job and your end results I'm sure will satisfy the clients that retain them and yes, I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of lawyer.
