I would prefer zero stars!!! Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm! Communication was inconsistent, and I made multiple documented requests for my file before it was ultimately provided. I also had concerns regarding billing, including charges for administrative-type tasks and repeated correspondence billed at different time amounts.
