Sloppy and not trust worthy – Act like they're too busy for clients, typos on their final drafts of documents, has arrogant clerk with no experience working on cases. Gave bad legal advice and chickened out and quit when they realized they acted too aggressive, against client's wishes. Just overall sloppy.
