Unless you're paying their retainer fee of I believe $1200/month, don't expect a response within 3 weeks from anyone in the office. 2. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Mr. Clark's office. We moved into our neighborhood in October 2023 and never received any communication from the HOA regarding dues. The phone number listed on the HOA website was incorrect, and no one ever responded to my emails. Eventually, we received a notice in the mail stating that our dues were past due.
