In June of 2024, I visited an NFDA office and met with Donald B. Serafano to discuss a probate that needed to be filed so that my sister, (Norma G. Cruz) would not lose her home. Donald reassured my sister that it would take " 4 or at most 6 months". Donald stated "the case is not complicated". That day, they asked for $4,000 upfront.
