RecommendedWe recently purchased a parcel of land. Mr. Schneller did all of the legal work for both sides. The other party was on the other side of the country. It was a very difficult transaction.. Mr. Schneller did an amazing job and we are very thankful for all of his help. He is a wonderful attorney and recommend him highly :)
I used the Ausable Forks office to handle the sale my house in June of 2017 in Jay NY.. They did not finish the closing. I had to do it myself and pay additional money out of my own pocket..It was a complete mess and when I tried to complain to Dean he would not even respond. The office failed to charge the buyer for the full tank of fuel oil as well. I contact the office about this many times but got no response.
