David Chesley was a great choice to defend my son's case. He knows the legal system and has many contacts that can help with the status of filings. He was able to recommend a program for my son to complete in lieu of being charged. After successfully completing the program, all charges were dismissed. We could not be happier with the excellent legal counsel from David and would highly recommend him to others.

I think the anonymous reviews are fake. I used Mr. Chesley for a BK and it was smooth sailing. He is a young but experienced and talented attorney. Staff are great too.

From the day we met Mr. Chesley he was very respectful, listened to us, was very knowledgeable and showed he cared. His charges were reasonable. This was an approximately 2yrs of going back and forth in court. Mr. Chesley kept us updated and was very honest. On the case it was difficult to come to some negotiations or agreement with DA. Got into a serious problem with the law with imprisonment implications. Mr. Chesley kept me out of jail and got me great results that helps me work towards putting this behind me. I had gotten the domestic violence charge few months ago, it’s my 1st time getting into any criminal problem.
