I have short experience having David as my lawyer. Before I hired Mr. Bliven my case was handled by not friendly referee, and court appointed lawyer, that care less about the case, and on the top of it hostile opposing council. David Bliven is very professional and communicates with a high level of clarity, explaining the law and how the process works. He is always very prepared for court and you will feel properly represented. David is very fair and upfront around his fees and ensures you are not surprised.
