i need my money back
Hey Dan I need my deposit back now. After Dan B. Starting a real estate lawsuit in court, in Nov of 2019 and went to one or two CMCs. After 7 months from the time of hiring never heard from him since. Not by e mail, text or messages I left on his 2 phones dozens of times. A few months later the phone company recording said the numbers are no longer working 12 months then. I sent a 26 page letter to the Bar detailing with copies of contracts and phone calls and after 8 more months of answering Bar questions they gave this inf... read more
Horrible. Only out for his money. Took every cent he could. Did NOT respond to calls/emails when told to stop. I will follow up with Bar Assiciation, California.
Did not help with any answers or referals . For my need for an attorney. I was shocked.
