I allege the following: Mr. Alan W. Cohn gave a false explanation for keeping part of a settlement. After learning the explanation was false, I called Mr Alan W Cohn and his assistant 'Mayte' several times for clarity however it appeared Mayte was instructed to refuse my calls. Wound up being Cheated and Ripped off for part of the settlement.
