My fiance has been having a terrible time with the staff here. The staff here returns calls very late. At first they seem very professional and nice. They lost his mileage records. The staff is unprofessional and passes the blame of mistakes to others with no resolve for the client. Especially Nuemy who is always sick and takes 5 days to return calls and takes long lunches. Amanda loses paperwork and blames staff for not delivering it and doesn't return your calls till 3 days later. Very dismissive ladies. I do not recommend... read more

after firing another non-mentioned atty in popmona who never returned a single phone call, i was recommended to cleveland & metz. i had a difficult case and coming to this firm was the best thing i ever did. i had support whenever i needed and never once received the "run-around." dealing with workers comp insurance companies is never an easy task. i am sure dealing with impatient clients is even more difficult. eventually my injuries healed 7 case ended in success. props to cleveland & metz!
