It's been an absolute pleasure working with Cleveland & Metz. It's hard when you open the yellow pages and there are so many choices. But luckily I found an attorney who really put their best foot forward. Whenever I called and left a message, my call got returned. If I had a question, my question got answered. My attorney was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable.
I would like to say that my experience with this office was exceptional. Dealing with Rosie for my auto accident claim was with great professionalism both on the phone and in person . She always made me feel like I was talking to a friend not just another claim. Rosie and Mr. Metz settled my auto accident claim and I was very over joyed with the outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this office.
Mr. Metz is a very professional and aggressive gentleman when it comes to representing my case. Our case is complicated and time consuming yet through his confident manner and knowledge of the law he made my wife and i feel we are in good hands. Mr Metz seems to have a goal in mind on what best for his client and not just negotiate a settlement and move on. Although my case is not through yet We feel Mr. Metz will see this case to its success conclusion.
I have read all these reviews, and am I client of the firm. When I call to speak to Rosie (before her leave of abscene) it would take me calling for days and sometimes weeks on end to get her to return my call. My questions weren't difficult just wanting updates and general questions. I then got Anna who seemed more prompt on returning my calls in the beginning but now it seems like they are too busy to talk to me. We are a current client of Cleveland & Metz. They came highly reccommended by a family member who is also an attorney. We have to say We areHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this law firm. Our calls are NEVER returned! It will take us calling a NUMEROUS of times before we can actually speak to our paralegal or that she returns our calls. The receptionists are rude most of the time.
