Weird thing happened today, I had the unfortunate chance of booking the same flight as Mrs. Halloway. Now, you would think being a lawyer that she would be level headed when it comes to a simple seat discrepancy on a Southwest flight. However, contrary to what her website says she was not a great mediator. Joke of a law professional and hopefully will not find myself on a flight with her anytime soon.
