Terrible service, especially when dealing with their so-called “paralegal” Michelle Rivera. They do not do their job properly, and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with them — phone calls go unanswered, and you can’t even schedule an appointment. I strongly recommend avoiding their services altogether. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Extremely disappointing experience. In particular, working with their paralegal, Michelle Rivera, has been very frustrating. Communication is nearly impossible — calls go unanswered, and scheduling an appointment is next to impossible. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of follow-through and accountability in handling important matters. I would strongly advise against using their services. BY THE WAY WE PAID IN FULL IN THEY HAVE BEEN NO HELP!!!
Horrible service specially when you deal with “paralegals” “Michelle Rivera” , they don’t do their job , and also when you call them you can never communicate with them not even have an appointment. Don’t ever think on get their services.
La peor oficina de Las Vegas, no vayan si no quieren perder su dinero, desde mayo fuimos buscando ayuda y lo único q hicieron fue mentirnos y quitarnos dinero, llevan más de 2 meses mintiéndonos y aún ni con el caso han trabajado, cuando llamo me cuelgan o me dicen que van a dar la información y que luego me llaman y no lo hacen, son unos faltas de respeto y de todo, para no decir lo que verdaderamente se merecen. De verdad no pierdan el tiempo ni su dinero con ellos.
En el 2019 empecé mi proceso con ellos y fue excelente! , Michelle Rivera estuvo desde el día 1 conmigo muy atenta y responsable en su trabajo, si duda alguna es la mejor en lo que hace
