I was in a horrible accident in September on Black Friday the 13th 2019. It was during commute hour and traffic was at a crawl bumper to bumper on Hwy 101 in Petaluma. I was behind a guy who I was following for a good mile and he had been swerving on and off the hey on the right shoulder and then back in front of me.
