Do your homework! I hired Abbott & Abbott to assists with my custody case. I had used him in the past and had thought he would be just as good the 2nd time around. I was wrong!!! He knew I would pay and therefore continued to drag out the case. I paid him $12,000 before we even made it into the courtroom. His staff in incompetent and he is unreachable or worse puts you on with his wife Parri Abbott who is well, I’ll be nice!
