I wish there was a 0 star, I payed him $ 3,850 and has not done a damned thing after 1.8yrs, he and his wife thats a paralegal are a bunch of lies and crooks, do not give them any money because they will lie in your face!!!!! Also when you try to call they always deny your call and say, we didn't receive your call !!! If you like incompetent shady attorneys, by all means please use this one. I have filed chapter 13 and paid 55k on a 0% plan (I actually had less than 15k in debt and allowed myself to be talked into filing) because I owed back taxes. He promised there would be no penalties or late payments. The IRS was never paid the full amount of what they were owed, and I ended up getting several refunds garnished recently to cover those expenses. 20k went to pay off my car, the other 35k apparently went into the pockets of the trustee a... read more
