We strive to make this difficult time as easy as possible, and will settle cases when we can. We also prepare all of our cases for trial, so that in the unlikely event we have to litigate, we are ready. We also handle guardianships, conservatorships, and juvenile dependency cases, as well as some criminal cases.

Family law attorneys are like Jackals feeding on the dead and dying carcasses of families and children to line their own pockets. Attorney Goudy epitomizes this The worst of the worst. Hiring Goudy would be like feeding your children to wolves. Unethical corrupt and evil are just a few adjectives I can use to describe this woman. Heed my advise. DO NOT RETAIN for any reason
If you are looking for an attorney who is adept at promoting discord between divorcing parties or someone who conducts herself in a manner inconsistent with any level of ethical or moral behavior you have found her! Jaw dropping courtroom antics were only exceeded by conversations she had in public restrooms where she seemed oblivious to the fact that people in that restroom could actually hear her, and were parties to the case. Lawyers are supposed to separate themselves from the emotional part of a court action. Annette FEEDS on it. She is gratified by the pain and suffering she inflicts on the men she opposes (and sometimes on women). It's one thing to zealously fight FOR your client. Research this woman carefully before hiring. If she is your opposing counsel, contact me immediately. If you're thinking about hiring Don't. This woman is corrupt, unethical and evil to the bone. At one point in my case where I was up against her Pro-Per, the judge says to Goudy, and I quote, "The next time you show up in my court you better bring your own attorney" .LOL This was due to some "alleged" criminal activity, as related in an indictment by the State Attorney General implicating Goudy in numerous felonious beha... read more
